St Swithun in Naples on 4 April
« on: April 04, 2012, 08:09:39 AM »
Tradition has it in Naples that, if it rains on 4 Apr, it's going to rain for 40 days. It's just the same as St Swithun on 15 Jul, which is an important day to me because it's my sister's birthday.

I don't know the reasons for this popular belief. It's good that it isn't raining at the moment, though  ;)!

All the best
