I am sorry to be off-topic, but-as Anglo-Saxon is an Indo-European language, please does anyone know of a web forum about the Common Indo-European or Proto-Indo-European (PIE) language?
Web search has found nothing. The web site and forum http://dnghu.org/Indo-European-Languages seems to have shut down.

There are several Proto-Indo-European sites within Wiktionary. For example, for paradigms try
Category:Proto-Indo-European lemmas - Wiktionary
Then there are several Facebook groups. For the language you could try Proto-Indo-European, Proto-Indo-European Linguistics or Decoding Proto Indo-European.
