A reminder of the varied and free programme of talks from the Society of Antiquaries of London. Today's lecture on the Birka female warrior case study was excellent (and should be available soon on YouTube for those who missed it). Talks planned include:
  • Anglo-Saxon hydraulic engineering in the Fens - 11 March
  • Early Medieval Glassmaking at Glastonbury and Barking Abbeys - 25 March
