I want to restart the Old English Course
« on: April 23, 2020, 04:44:46 PM »
I started the course about two years ago but then got sidetracked. I have plenty of time now and would like to restart. I have lesson one and the CD with pronunciation example but have mislaid the small booklet that came with it and I don't know how to progress to lesson 2. If anyone can advise, that would I would be very grateful.

Charlie, post your answers for lesson 1 to Peter with a stamped addressed envelope. He should then return it with comments and lesson 2. If you tell him that you have lost the booklet for lesson 1 he might replace it.

If Peter doesn't have a spare of the Grammar Drill (is that the booklet you mean?) I can send you a typed up copy

I have just restarted doing it too - I did finish it some years ago but I'm glad I am redoing it now One day I might even be adequate at it!

Let us all know how you get on, and if you want to practise here
