Just seen this and am very excited!

"The Lindisfarne Gospels, the most spectacular surviving manuscript from Anglo-Saxon England, will go on display at the Laing Art Gallery, on loan from the British Library in 2022" - this will be in Newcastle (on Tyne, not under Lyme).

A 'must see', I went to the B.L. exhibition in the early 2000s, it is a truly beautiful work of art and devotion.
