COMPANY INTRO

Founded in 1966, Ða Engliscan Gesiðas (The English Companions) is a society for all those

interested in the history and culture of Anglo-Saxon England (AD 450-1100 approx.),

including the language and literature, archaeology, anthropology, art, religion, mythology,

folklore and material culture.

The Ða Engliscan Gesiðas (The English Companions) does not follow any particular

interpretation of history, and maintains a strictly neutral line on modern political and

religious matters.

Privacy Policy

When you visit this website (as with most websites) our webserver collects some details

about you such as your IP address, your browser and operating system and the date and

time of your visit. It does not, however, collect any personal information or identify you as

an individual in any way.

Any information that you send directly to us via e-mail or the enquiry form (this sends us an

email) or any other method is treated as completely confidential and is never passed on to a
